Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. When upgrading, billing is prorated so you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.
How do team seats work?
Each paid plan includes one seat. Additional team members can be added at the per-seat price ($39/seat for Starter, $69/seat for Pro). Each member gets their own workspace with full plan features.
What are AI credits?
AI features like dubbing and voice change use credits. Both Starter and Pro plans include monthly credits. Credits reset each billing cycle. Additional credits can be purchased as needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and other payment methods through our payment processor, Dodo Payments.
What happens when I upgrade?
When you upgrade mid-cycle, your billing is prorated. You'll only pay the difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remaining days in your billing period.
Can I use VidPal for commercial purposes?
Yes! All paid plans include commercial usage rights. You can create and share content for your business, clients, or sales outreach.
