If you've installed the VidPal Chrome extension but can't find it in your browser, don't worry — it's likely just hidden. Chrome doesn't always pin new extensions to the toolbar automatically.
How to pin the VidPal extension
Click the puzzle piece icon (Extensions) in the top-right corner of your Chrome browser. This opens a list of all your installed extensions.
Find VidPal in the list and click the pin icon next to it. The VidPal icon should now appear permanently in your toolbar, right next to the puzzle piece icon. You can click on it anytime to start using VidPal.
Verify the extension is enabled
If VidPal doesn't appear in your extensions dropdown, navigate to chrome://extensions in a new tab. Search for VidPal in the list — if it's there, make sure the toggle in the bottom-right corner of its card is turned on (blue). If the toggle is off, click it to enable the extension, then pin it using the steps above.
Still can't find it?
If VidPal doesn't appear in your extensions list at all, it may not have installed correctly. Visit the Chrome Web Store and try installing it again. Make sure you see the "Added to Chrome" confirmation message.
After reinstalling, restart Chrome completely by closing all browser windows and reopening. The extension should then appear in your extensions list.
Conflicts with other extensions
In rare cases, another extension can interfere with VidPal. Try disabling other screen recording or video extensions temporarily to see if that resolves the issue. You can manage all your extensions from chrome://extensions.
